從Customs來這裡garb才8塊錢馬幣，去midvalley路程走路13分鐘就到了grab也就5塊錢馬幣，名宿也很乾淨. 溫馨提示!!! 需要自己自帶牙刷和牙膏哦!!!!

Location is about 700m away from Mdi Valley Mall but nobody will walk, Grab is about 2-3 mins ride. There is a coffee shop next to the residence. Many stalls selling local delicacies like chicken rice, char kway teow, wantan noodles, etc. There are swimming pool, gym at the residence. One of the room has still smell, need to on the fan throughout the night. Overall, quite a cosy stay. Simple stay

First time booking with them and the experience was quite disappointing. The first room we checked in had stains on the bedsheets and sofa. Contacted the staff and was glad that they arranged to change the room for us even though it was quite late at night. The second room looks cleaner. However, some stains can still be found on the bedsheets. The master room’s toilet even had a very strong urine stench. But it was very late at night and we were already too tired, so we ended up making do with the room to stay for a night with the master room’s toilet closed throughout.

Having a pool table in the apartment is fantastic especially for the kids. Everything in the apartment look new and clean and well maintained. However, the only pitfall is the strong lingering stench of urine in the master bedroom and the toilet in the master bedroom. We suspect that the cleaners never wash the whole toilet properly and there are probably some dry urine stains somewhere that create the smell. We have to spray the whole toilet with water then spray lot of our own essential oil over to cover the stench.

The location is good, within walking distance to Southkey shopping mall. The security features in the apartment is also good. The room that we stayed in however is unsatisfactory. Firstly there were dirty dishes that the housekeeping omitted to clean. The beds are very uncomfortable and feel the exposed springs. The sofa is also the same. Making the stay uncomfortable.

SCAM SCAM SCAM For those who are worried about giving your data and bank account details to someone, not a proper hotel, you better dont book. 1. First this is not operated like a hotel 2. Only after booking operator will contact you and ask for RM200 to be transferred to their account. 3. They will ask for your bank details Finally dont expect TRIP to help you. They will not. I booked and paid for 2 nights but never even stay. Bcos I cannot bring myself to surrender my bank details to strangers

The communication in getting a scan code could have been better. We did not get the WhatsApp scan code when we arrived at the venue. Calling through someone is always not easy. We have to wait for half an hour to be able to get through and get code. When we arrive no proper communication provided to get the keys. Reaching the appt not even bottles of pain water supplied to quench thirst. It will be an additional plus point to provide. The toilets floor are very slippery so eveyone has to be mindful of this. However staff do response to queries and try to resolve our problem. Clean nice place but not really easy access for food and shopping.
